១. ទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅ

ទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរួមមានរូបថត និង/ឬ វីដេអូដែលត្រូវបានថតនៅទីសាធារណៈ ឬកម្មវិធីឯកជននៅលើបណ្ដាញសង្គម ដោយភ្នាក់ងារទីផ្សារខាងក្រៅ និងខាងក្នុង។ យើងអាចចែកចាយរូបថត និងវីដេអូទាំងនេះនៅលើវេបសាយរបស់យើង ឬប្រើប្រាស់បណ្ដាញសង្គមដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយផលិតផល និងម៉ាក ដើម្បីការរីកចម្រើនអាជីវកម្មរបស់ពួកយើង។ គោរពទៅតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ យើងនឹងសុំយល់ព្រមពីអ្នក ជាមុនក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ទិន្នន័យមួយនេះ ស្របទៅតាមការកំណត់ដោយច្បាប់។ យើងនឹងរក្សាទិន្នន័យរយៈពេល ៦ ឆ្នាំចាប់តាំងពីពេលដែលរូបថត ឬវីដេអូត្រូវបានថតមក។

• គោលបំណងនៃការធ្វើរបាយការណ៍យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ការបង្កើតព័ត៌មានលម្អិតនិងការធ្វើសកម្មភាពទីផ្សារ

យើងប្រើព័ត៌មាននេះដោយសារវាជាផលប្រយោជន៍ស្របច្បាប់របស់ ហ៊ិននីគែនគ្រុបនិងក្រុមហ៊ុនជាសាខា និងជាបុត្រសម្ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណ និងដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងធ្វើឱ្យផលិតផលនិងសេវាកម្មរបស់យើងរីកចម្រើនសម្រាប់អតិថិជន និងអ្នកចូលទស្សនាវេបសាយ និងដើម្បីថែរក្សាកិត្តិនាមនិងអ្វីផ្សេងទៀតដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងម៉ាករបស់យើង។ យើងនឹងរក្សាព័ត៌មាននេះរយៈពេល ៦ ឆ្នាំ។ ដើម្បីតម្រូវតាមច្បាប់ យើងនឹងស្នើសុំការយល់ព្រមពីអ្នកជាមុន។

_៣. របៀបដែលយើងចែកចាយទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់អ្នក

ក្នុងនាមជាសមាជិកនៃអាជីវកម្មលំដាប់អន្តរជាតិមួយ យើងចែករំលែកទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួននៅក្នុង ហ៊ិននីគែនគ្រុប និងក្រុមហ៊ុនសាខា និងជាបុត្រសម្ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ហើយយើងក៏ទទួលបានទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនពីក្រុមហ៊ុនសាខា និងជាបុត្រសម្ព័ន្ធរបស់យើងដូចគ្នាក្នុងហេតុផលវិភាគចំនួនសរុប និងគោលបំណងប្រតិបត្តិការ និងដើម្បីការធ្វើសកម្មភាពទីផ្សារដូចដែលបានចែងក្នុងចំណុចទី ២ នៃគោលការណ៍នេះ។ យើងនឹងចែកចាយ និងទទួលបានទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនព្រមទាំង ទិន្នន័យ cookies នៅពេលដែលពួកយើងត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតដោយច្បាប់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ នេះមានន័យថា អ្នកនឹងត្រូវបានស្នើសុំការយល់ព្រមជាមុន ដែលនេះជាលក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវដោយច្បាប់ (ឧទាហរណ៍នៅពេលយើងចែកចាយពីទិន្នន័យរបស់ cookie)។ យើងនឹងអនុវត្តនៅពេលដែលពួកយើងទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងផលប្រយោជន៍ស្របច្បាប់។ គោលការណ៍នេះគឺបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងករណីពួកយើងបង្កើតនិងចែកចាយព័ត៌មានលម្អិតអំពីទីផ្សារ ឬក្រុមអតិថិជនជារួមប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

• អ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់សេវាកម្ម ដែលចាំបាច់ក្នុងការផ្ដល់ឱ្យពួកយើងនូវសេវាកម្មផ្សេងៗ និង សេវាកម្មវិភាគទិន្នន័យ

• អ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់សេវាកម្មដែលជួយយើងឱ្យរៀបចំយុទ្ធនាការ និងប្រូម៉ូសិនផ្សេងៗ

• ក្រុមហ៊ុនផ្សព្វផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្មភាគីទី”១” និងទី “៣”

• ក្រុមហ៊ុនសារព័ត៌មានក្នុងគោលបំណងធ្វើទីផ្សារ និងស្រាវជ្រាវ

• ក្រុមហ៊ុន ហ៊ិននីគែនHEINEKENគ្រុប group នៅក្នុងដំណាក់កាលណាមួយនៃការរៀបចំស្ថាប័នឡើងវិញ ការរួមបញ្ចូល ការលក់ ក្រុមហ៊ុនចម្រុះ ការផ្ទេរឈ្មោះ ការផ្ទេរកម្មសិទ្ធិ ឬការលក់ផ្សេងៗទៀតដែលជាផ្នែកមួយនៃអាជីវកម្ម ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ ឬហ៊ុនរបស់យើង (រួមមានទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយនឹងការក្ស័យធុន ឬស្ថានភាពប្រហាក់ប្រហែលនេះ)។

• ក្នុងករណី ក្រុមហ៊ុន ហ៊ិននីគែនHEINEKEN លក់ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ ឬភាគហ៊ុនទាំងអស់ ឬផ្នែកខ្លះនៃ ហ៊ិននីគែនHEINEKEN group គ្រុប ទៅកាន់ក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលបានបញ្ជូនទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនទៅកាន់ភាគទី “៣” នោះទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់អ្នកក៏នឹងត្រូវផ្ដល់ជូនទៅភាគទី “៣” ដែរ។

ភាគីទាំងនេះអាចស្ថិតក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ឬក៏កន្លែងផ្សេងទៀតនៅលើពិភពលោក។ នៅពេលដែលទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកដោយពួកយើងនៅក្រៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា យើងនឹងធ្វើឱ្យប្រាកដថាពួកយើងបានការពារការបញ្ជូនទិន្នន័យក្នុងកម្រិតគ្រប់គ្រាន់។ យើងតម្រូវឱ្យអ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់សេវាកម្មរបស់យើងប្រើប្រាស់ការវាស់វែងដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវដើម្បីការពារការសម្ងាត់ និងសុវត្ថិភាពនៃទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន។

យើងក៏ត្រូវការផ្ដល់ទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនទៅកាន់អង្គភាពអនុវត្តច្បាប់ដើម្បីអនុវត្តតាមកាតព្វកិច្ចស្របច្បាប់ ឬដីការបស់តុលាការ។

៤. សុវត្ថិភាពនៃទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន

យើងនឹងជ្រើសរើសមធ្យោបាយបច្ចេកវិទ្យាដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវរួមមាន បច្ចេកទេសTechnical, ដោយផ្ទាល់Physical និង Organizational measures តាមរយៈដំណោះស្រាយដែលក្រុមហ៊ុនមានតាមការវាស់វែងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីការពារទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនដែលយើងបានប្រមូលតាមរយៈវេបសាយ ពីការប្រើប្រាស់ខុសច្បាប់ ឬជាយថហេតុ ដែលមិនស្របច្បាប់ ឬការបំផ្លាញខុសច្បាប់ ការបាត់បង់ ការក្លែងបន្លំ ការបញ្ចេញ ការទទួលបាន ឬដំណើរការ ស្របទៅតាមច្បាប់និងបទបញ្ញត្តិស្ដីពី សុវត្ថិភាពនៃទិន្នន័យនិងឯកជនភាព។ ទោះជាយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ គ្មានវេបសាយណានៅលើអ៊ិនធើណិតអាចមានសុវត្ថិភាព ១០០% ឡើយ ហើយយើងក៏មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការចូលប្រើដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត ឬដោយអចេតនា ដែលហួសពីការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់យើងដែរ។ វេបសាយរបស់យើងអាចមានតំណភ្ជាប់ទៅកាន់វេបសាយផ្សេងទៀត។ យើងមិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការអនុវត្តឯកជនភាព មាតិកា ឬសុវត្ថិភាពដែលប្រើប្រាស់ដោយវេបសាយផ្សេងទៀត ដែលមិនស្ថិតក្រោមវិសាលភាពនៃគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពនេះនោះទេ។ យើងណែនាំអ្នកឱ្យអានដោយប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ននូវគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពនៅលើវេបសាយទាំងនោះជាមុនសិន។

៥. ការរក្សាទុកទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់អ្នក

យើងនឹងរក្សាទុកទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់អ្នកដរាបណាច្បាប់តម្រូវ ឬដរាបណាវាចាំបាច់ក្នុងការផ្ដល់ជូនអ្នកនូវសេវាកម្មណាមួយដែលបានស្នើសុំ ឬដើម្បីគោលបំណងផ្សេងទៀតដែលបានចែងក្នុងគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពនេះ។ លក្ខខណ្ឌជាក់លាក់ក្នុងការរក្សាទុកត្រូវបានចែងក្នុងលក្ខខណ្ឌឯកជនភាពនេះសម្រាប់គោលបំណងពាក់ព័ន្ធនីមួយៗ។ យើងនឹងអនុវត្តវិធីសាស្រ្តដែលសមស្របដើម្បី លុបចោលការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនដែលយើងកាន់កាប់ បើសិនជាវាមិនចាំបាច់សម្រាប់គោលបំណងណាមួយខាងលើ ឬបន្ទាប់ពីថ្ងៃផុតសុពលភាពនៃលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការរក្សាទុកដែលយើងបានកំណត់។
